Detailed Inspection Reports - Each report contains a wealth of technical information outlining the condition of the home inspected as well as maintenance recommendations. This allows our clients to understand which of the major elements are functioning properly at the time of inspection, which elements may present a problem in the near future, what conditions may require additional evaluation and what areas or elements could not be inspected. In addition, an Inspection Resource Guide is provided to each client at the start of the home inspection. The Inspection Resource Guide is filled with tools to help you get all your questions answered, understand what we do, and understand what you need to do after the inspection. The Guide also includes repair statistics to help you see how the findings of your report compare to other similarly aged homes.
