Industry Standards

All HouseMaster inspections are performed in accordance with recognized home inspection standards.

Two of the most commonly accepted standards and inspection guidelines are those issued by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) and National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).

In certain regions, HouseMaster inspectors also meet or exceed standards established by other agencies - such as the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), or the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA). Follow the links below for more information on standards and home inspections.
