Seller Inspections

Although home inspections are generally initiated by buyers, an increasing number of sellers are opting to get a home inspection done on their homes before listing. This way, they have a more accurate picture of the condition of their home — which helps to price it for a quicker, more hassle-free sale. If your real estate market is hot, getting a home inspection done at listing is a great way to help meet your legal disclosure requirements so you can move on to your next home with peace of mind. If your real estate market is not so hot, then getting a home inspection before a buyer comes along will move the home inspection from a time of disadvantage to a time of advantage.
