Brian was wonderful, and explained things very thoroughly. He even explained why some of the outlets were upside-down (those were the ones with switches attached) and helped us figure out if the recess lighting was just a burnt bulb issue or more. Going into the process of the home inspection was very scary for me, but Brian was very kind and helped me put my worries aside!

I have to say, I have had many, many home inspections in my time But nobody gave me as much information as you did. I was looking for what is wrong with the house and not only did you provide that, your focus was on what I need to do to maintain things. Thank you, I wish I had this information on the ones I have sold in the past and I might not have had so many repairs to do when I decided to sell.
