Larry did an awesome job and identified everything that appeared to be a concern for us. The report format is wonderful and extremely easy to read. However, Larry also provided extremely great pictures and clear and concise text to accompany the pictures. He did a terrific job and would strongly recommend hime to other people in my office! Larry was amazing. We have used his services three times now trying to find the right house and he has been nothing but professional, thorough and informative. No tile was left unturned hahaha!
