Several months ago your inspectors did a home inspection for my husband and me. The house was older and had several issues and the seller wasnt very cooperative. Our agents have been using a licensed electrician for home inspections. His reports are about 3 pages in length including the fax cover sheet. And a certified home inspector who uses a hand written checklist. After trying you guys we are not using them again. Anyone who uses a checklist should be run out of town!
