I am SO glad I had you do a warranty inspection of our home. We had tried to get our building company to address our issues, but to no avail. Once I gave them your report, they send 3 VPs to our home to discuss our issues, and every problem is now being repaired. It was money well spent.

I wanted to pass on my sincere appreciation for the top-notch inspection you performed for my clients. I was thoroughly impressed that you got up on a ladder to look at the roof and documented (hail storm) damage you found on roof shingles through well written descriptions and digital photos. My clients submitted your summary report to the sellers which they shared with their insurance company, resulting in an entirely new roof for my clients. I gave them the home photo and new address labels at closing - a very nice touch! I will recommend you to future clients at any chance I get!
