I am writing to provide my highest recommendation for the inspection services of HouseMaster and Richard Grunder. I have been an entrepreneur in many industries through my career and have purchased nine different properties as personal homes and/or investment properties. I have worked with several inspection companies over the years and Richard's attention to detail and services have left the most positive impression.

During the inspection, Richard took me through the entire house sparing no detail. I learned more about the property in 3 hours than I had in the months I visited and revisited the location. Each time Richard noted a concern, he spent time educating me on the particular cause and potential consequence of the issue. This additional time and consideration made me that much more knowledgeable and provided me with the leverage to negotiate terms with the seller.

Once completed with the inspection, Richard printed out a detailed report right on the scene. This was invaluable as the realtor and I wanted to immediately address outstanding issues in light of our very short escrow. Richard provided me with additional details and photos via e-mail from the property. I was surprised that such a thourough and well guided inspection could be distilled into clear and cogent paperwork so quickly and efficiently.
