Inspection was a reasonable amount of time. Brian was very professional and answered any questions prior to me having to ask. Service was great would highly recommend. Price was also better than comp.

I called into your office and Lois Rusco was great. I did not feeled rushed when i spoke and asked her questions. Her responses were in layman terms yet she showed that she knew what she was talking about. Butch handled this very tough inspection with professionalism and compassion. It was a pre-listing inspection for a widow on limited income and he really took alot of time with her to help her understand the problems and comfort her when she became upset. He did an excellenct job on the inspection and with his customer service skills!

We had an offer in on a house built in 1950 and our agent recommend Butch Upton at HouseMaster to complete the inspection. He arrived promptly and completed a very thorough inspection. After the inspection, he gave us a verbal overview of the inspection. Following the inspection, HouseMaster provided us with an online inspection report. We shared it with the seller and had those items repaired. It was well worth the money because of the money it saved us in home repairs.
