I heard of Housemaster several years ago when one of my buyers used Housemaster. I am a Realtor in New Jersey. My first experience was with Owen Peacock- Essex County, New Jersey. After that, I recommended him and used him on other inspections. Then after learning that Hosemaster was a franchise, I recommended Housemaster to clients any time I was out of my main area. I also used Housemaster whaen considering buying a property in Pennsylvania recently.

I have read the complete report and it appears to cover all areas very well. The reference page for links to special topics will be very helpful. A minor point is that the address is incorrect: It is Arredondo, not Arrendondo. The picture is of the correct house however. Thank you for the quick response for both the inspection and sending us the report. Our realtor, Ms Pat White recommended your company to us.

While we were unable to attend the house inspection, a family member attended in our place. He was very satisfied with the overall job done by the inspector and relayed that information to us. The follow-up report was well done and informative. We would recommend HouseMaster to another potential buyer.

Last July you did a house inspection for us and at that time recommended we purchase a carbon monoxide detector to place in a low area in our dining/living room area. We followed your advise and we want to thank you because you saved our lives.

Last week we had a few high readings on the carbon monoxide detector. My husband changed the batteries thinking they were low. After a complete check of any possible gas leak, the problem was our electric golf cart which was charging in the garage. Apparently, this has happened before as the gas company said they have had the fire department out on calls when they could not detect the source of the carbon monoxide. The source was the charging battery in an enclosed garage forming carbon monoxide.
