I was actually reluctant to use Housemaster because of the prices being significantly higher then those of the local competitors. Good morning, Matt. I want to compliment you again for professional staff. As you may or may not remember, I am an associate broker at The Real Estate Store, Inc. in Quogue. I have had occasion to suggestion prospective purchasers choose Housemasters for engineering inspections. I have met Jim O'Boyle at several of the sales transaction in which I have been involved in the last five years. When I was asked for a suggestion on the Water Mill property, I immediately encouraged the family to call Housemasters.

Jim O'Boyle was on vacation, but your office scheduled Jeff Dawson. Jeff, as with Jim O'Boyle, deserves recognition for his professionalsim on site yesterday. He was patient, explained in detail the findings and observations in his inspection and as important as his professionalism was his polite and pleasant manner. As a real estate broker for so many years, I know such inspections can be a painful experience having nothing to do with the property but to do with personnel doing the inspection.
