Tom did an excellent job conducting the inspection. He was very friendly and professional. He never seemed like he was rushing, he really wanted to do a thorough job. He really seemed to be genuinely interested in the inspection as opposed to just "doing his job". We were made to feel very much at ease during the inspection. He made sure to point out everything he was checking and explained everything to us so we could easily understand it. Our realtor also commented several times on how thorough his inspection was.
