- COMPLIMENTARY - Termite Inspection & STATE LETTER with Scheduled Home Inspection - $75.00 VALUE. (WAARRANTY, PRE-INSPECTIONS and HOME'S GREATER THAN 35 YEARS OLD ARE EXEMPT FROM THE COMPLIMENTARY TERMITE INSPECTION)
- Over 2000 Home Inspections Performed.
- We thoroughly Inspect the - Roof & Components - Foundation, Basement, Crawlspace & Substructure - Home Exterior & Interior - Plumbing & Fixtures - Central Heating & Cooling System - Electrical System and Built-In Kitchen Appliances & Components
- Roof Inspection performed by walking on all accessible rooflines if the rooflines can safely be walked.
- We perform Home Inspections on Resales, New Construction, Condo's, Townhomes, Pre-Listing Inspections, New Construction Warranty Inspections and Repair Reviews to verify Completed Repairs.
- The Home Inspection will take approximately 2 to 3 hours and possibly longer for a thorough inspection. We encourage our clients to participate in the inspection process.
