Butch Upton
Butch started his division of HouseMaster in 2000.
Butch has a variety of experience in the home construction industry. Butch has completed approximately 5000 home inspections and has trained several home inspectors. Butch holds Home Inspector licenses in NC & SC and is a member of NIBI, ASHI, NACHI, and a member NCLHIA.
He is a Certified Master Inspector and is certified in Mold & Mildew inspections. Butch has been married to his beautiful bride Kathy Upton (Chatty Kathy) for 3 years now.
Brian Wetzel
Brian started working with HouseMaster in 2003. Brian is a licensed NC Home
Inspector, a certified
NIBI member and a NACHI member. He is a Licensed NC Electrical Contractor and certified in Mold & Mildew.
Brian has a construction & electrical background spanning over the last 15 years. He has experience
in a variety of building/construction jobs and has performed electrical jobs ranging from residential to commercial & industrial. Brian has completed over 1000 home inspections.
Brian is attending Pfeiffer University full time pursuing a dual Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice & Business Administration.
He doesn't get much free time, but when he does he enjoys life with his wife Libby of 9 years and
their 2 daughters.
