Steve Pierson is one of our owners and has been proudly serving Southwest Idaho since 1984. He is an International Code Council Building Inspector (ICC#0855612-01). Steve is trained and certified through the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI#10189RT). He is also a Certified Wood Stove Safety Inspector. Steve provides services as a municipal building code inspector and is a member of IDABO. Steve is also licensed with the State of Idaho to perform WDI/Termite inspections (License #6655). Steve's knowledge and experience are unsurpassed in the Treasure Valley.

Kathryn is one of our owners and our office manager. She has been proudly serving SW Idaho since 1984. Kathryn is dedicated to providing an outstanding service experience to every client. She is pro-active with public relations involvement through the Ada County Association of Realtors, the Nampa Association of Realtors and the Caldwell Board of Realtors. She is also a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, both Capital City & Canyon County Chapters and the Association of Professional Mortgage Women. Kathryn is also involved in community and professional education through Boise Neighborhood Housing, Caldwell Fannie Mae housing seminars and the Academy for Real Estate Careers. Kathryn is well known in the Treasure Valley for Happy Drawings at morning meetings. She is also a great problem solver, and strives to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Bob has been with HouseMaster since 2005. He is trained and certified through the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI#166705RT). Bob is a Western Nebraska Technical College Graduate, and has 15+years of construction experience. He is also a member of IDABO, the Idaho Association of Building Officials. Bob's knowledge and ability to communicate well with all parties in a transaction make him a valuable member of the HouseMaster team.
