Certifications and Licensing
All HouseMaster inspections are performed in accordance with recognized home inspection standards. Our Phoenix home inspection team is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI �). Each HouseMaster home inspector is tested annually.

All of our home inspectors are Board of Technical Registration (BTR) certified in the state of Arizona and are licensed for termite inspections with the Structural Pest Control Commission (SPCC) of Arizona.
