All home inspectors are members NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspection) and the National Institute of Building Inspectors (NIBI). Each HouseMaster home inspector is tested for re-certification annually. All of our home inspectors are fully licensed with the State of North Carolina. We carry Errors and Omissions Insurance, General Liability Insurance and we carry a $5000.00 Bond.
