ELIGIBILITY: The “Right Home Inspection is Key” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individual legal residents of the United States and Canada (except Quebec and excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions) age 18 years or older as of November 23, 2007, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, franchisees, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies. Neither the Sponsor, nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, invalid, late, lost, misrouted, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Entry information; for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; printing errors; production errors; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or any other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes, even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Sweepstakes void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: You are automatically entered in the Sweepstakes when you visit housemaster.com/doneright and use the unique ID number found on an official HouseMaster® Key TAG/Card and complete all required information during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: one (1) entry per unique ID number for the duration of the Sweepstakes. KEY TAG/CARD REQUESTS: To request a free KEY TAG/CARD, while supplies last, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Right Home Inspection is Key Requests, 421 West Union Avenue, Bound Brook, NJ 08805. Limit one request per envelope. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 11, 2008. Residents of VT need not affix return postage.

ELEVEN (11) MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWINGS: Monthly Prize winners will be determined by random drawings from among all eligible entries received. The random drawings will be conducted on or about the last day of each month by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Potential Monthly Prize winners are required to have the HouseMaster® Key Card® with a unique ID number. If a Potential Monthly Prize winner does not have the HouseMaster® Key TAG/Card with a unique ID number, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Monthly Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release.
